Mr. Benjamin Aseidu Donkor


Mr. Benjamin Aseidu Donkor is an Associate Chartered Management Accountant (ACMA) with the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA).He is also a certified licensed Investment Advisor with the Ghana Stock Exchange (GSE). Mr. Aseidu holds a B.A (Hons) Economics degree from the University of Ghana,Legon. Mr. Aseidu has attended so many workshops and conference in the area of finance and management. He holds a certificate in Lease Structuring Techniques and Lease Administration from the International Finance Corporation (IFC),a certificate in Treasury Management Tools and Techniques by the British Council and a whole lot. He is currently the Chief Finance Officer for IFS Financial Services Limited, Opebea House.

Elder Franklin Kwabena Poku

Finance Manager - COP

Elder Franklin Kwabena Poku is a Chartered Accountant by profession. He is member in good standing with the Institute of Chartered Accounts (ICA) Ghana. He is also a Chartered Tax Practitioner and a member in good standing with the Chartered Institute of Taxation Ghana. He is also an Associate Chartered Economist. Elder Franklin Poku also possesses an MBA in Banking and Finance. He holds a first degree in B.Com from the University Of Cape Coast. Apart from his outstanding qualifications, He possesses so much leadership qualities. He a leading Elder of the Peniel Assembly of the Church of Pentecost, East Legon District. Currently He is the Finance Manager for the entire Church of Pentecost worldwide.

Lawyer (Rtd) Captain Armah Blay


Lawyer Capt. (Rtd.) Armah Blay is a seasoned lawyer and a retired Army Captain of the Ghana Armed Forces (GAF).He served in the Ghana Armed Forces for about 20 years. Mr Armah Blay was Senior Legal Officer for the Council for Scientific and Industrial Research (CSIR) Ghana. This position held for 10 years before going on retirement. He has worked as Solicitor Secretary for Companies such as Japan Motors (authorized dealers of Nissan), Weir Minerals and a lot more. He has an extensive rich experience as a practising Barrister and Legal Pratitioner He currently has his legal chambers as Armah Blay and Associates which is located at East Legon.

Mr. Godfrey Osei Aggrey


Godfrey Osei Aggrey graduated from the University of Ghana with a Bachelor of Arts (History) and further enrolled in the Ghana School of Law (1986-1988). After successful completion he started his working career with the Land Title Registry in Accra where he did his National Service (1998-1990). He joined the Ghana Cooperative Bank in 1990 as a legal Officer and rose through the rank to be the Assistant Manager (Assistant to Solicitor Secretary). He represented the bank in court, taught at the Bank’s training school and was in charge of preparing the legal documents for the Company. Godfrey Osei Aggrey later joined the Produce Buying Company as the Solicitor. He was the chief Legal advisor to the Board served as the Chairman of the Tender Board and Disciplinary Committee. He has extensive knowledge in the legal system haven taken courses like Africa Agricultural Training in Kenya (1996), West Africa Agricultural Credit Association in Abidjan (1992) and Private Legal Practitioners (2000).

Elder Emmanuel Blay

Chief Executive Officer

Elder Emmanuel Blay holds an MBA in Finance from the Wisconsin University, Ghana and a BA Economics & Mathematics (Statistics option 2001-2005) from the University of Cape Coast, Cape Coast. Currently is perusing an LLB degree. He is currently the Chief Executive Officer of Star Asset Financial Services Limited (SAFSL). He is an Investment Banker and has a very extensive knowledge in Management, Finance and Operations and has worked and occupied management positions for a lot of blue-chip companies some of which are includes: IFS Finance and Leasing Company Limited; NDK Financial Services Ltd; Sterling Financial Services Ltd; First National Savings and Loans Ltd; First Ghana Building Company Ltd and the Council for Scientific and Industrial Research -CSIR

Rev. Dr. Edward Arko Koranteng


Rev. Dr. Edward Arko Koranteng is a Medical Doctor by profession. Having graduated from the Ghana Medical School in October 2006, he distinguished himself as a house man at Korle bu Teaching Hospital and 37 Military Hospital between October 2006 and December 2008. He served as a medical officer at the 37 Military Hospital for a year and later took up an appointment as a medical officer at the Pentecost Hospital. He is currently the resident pastor in charge of the Emmanuel Worship Center of the Church of Pentecost (COP) and also the General Manger for the Pentecost Clinic at Tarkwa. He also holds a post graduate Diploma in Occupational Health, Safety and Environment Management from GIMPA and currently pursuing an MBA in Health Science Service Management from the University of Ghana Business School. In his personal statement he writes “I am committed to doing the business of living. Thus, working professionally as a physician, managing business as an entrepreneur and motivating and inspiring others to make the most of their lives through the preaching of the Gospel of Jesus Christ.
